What you will do

• Own and evolve core business performance metrics and scorecards to track growth and operational health.
• Lead deep-dive analyses to uncover performance drivers and identify opportunities for value creation.
• Build investment-grade business cases, including scenario modeling, risk assessment, and payback analysis.
• Deliver executive-ready insights with clear recommendations, ownership, and success metrics.
• Partner closely with senior leaders across Commercial, Product, and Operations to drive strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain dynamic financial models that reflect evolving business drivers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or corporate strategy.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders to drive outcomes.
• Strong financial modeling skills, including driver-based forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Structured problem-solving mindset with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong communication skills with experience delivering executive-level insights.

Nice to have

• Have experience in high-growth, product-led, or e-commerce environments.
• Have worked closely with Product or Commercial teams.
• Bring technical fluency in SQL, BigQuery, Looker, Sigma, or similar tools.
• Have experience operationalizing analytics into scalable business tools.
