What you will do

• Sell digital and print advertising, focusing on branded content, digital solutions, and recruitment packages on Nature Careers.
• Manage existing accounts and develop new business through lead sourcing and cold calling.
• Meet clients and agencies to identify advertising needs and write customized proposals across hirify.global portfolio.
• Maintain CRM records, provide weekly revenue figures and sales forecasts to management.
• Develop market awareness, track competitors, and attend exhibitions, career fairs, and conferences.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and high level of customer service.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to cope under pressure.
• Good knowledge of office software and CRM systems including MS Office and Salesforce.
• Client-oriented, proactive sales approach with demonstrated lead generation and new business development.

Nice to have

• Previous B2B sales experience with cold calling.
• Fluency in French.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
