What you will do

• Monitor, maintain, and support the production environment.
• Handle integration projects and customer requests focused on data and applications.
• Investigate and debug ETL processes.
• Conduct data QA and analysis using Snowflake, MsSQL, and BigQuery.
• Perform configuration management and create robust, scalable processes.
• Communicate directly with customers to solve technical issues.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Outstanding technical skills with SQL proficiency.
• Familiarity with software technologies like web/mobile SDK, APIs, SQL, JSON, HTML, JavaScript.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and self-learning abilities.
• Fast learner, agile multitasker with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise-grade customers.
• Debugging web applications including logs and networking.
• Experience with monitoring tools like DataDog, Kibana, Elastic.
• Understanding of networking such as DNS, HTTP, ports.
• Experience in SaaS B2B.
