What you will do
- Provide first-level and escalation support for all products via verbal and written communication
- Liaise between Client Services, Sales, and R&D on defects and escalations
- Develop and maintain custom analytics reports for internal and external needs
- Troubleshoot data anomalies and discrepancies
- Manage service access requests
- Document troubleshooting procedures
Requirements
- +3 years of experience in a technical client-facing role
- Advanced English skills (oral and written)
- Experience in SQL query use and development
Nice to have
- Experience with HTML5 (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
- Experience with web development and network traffic troubleshooting tools (Charles, Fiddler, Chrome Developer Tools)
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Experience with REST APIs
