TL;DR

Technical Support Analyst (Ad Tech): Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for omnichannel ad platform solutions with an accent on client communication, data analysis, and product defect investigation. Focus on providing escalation support, developing custom analytics reports, and liaising between client services and R&D.

What you will do

  • Provide first-level and escalation support for all hirify.global products via verbal and written communication
  • Liaise between Client Services, Sales, and R&D on defects and escalations
  • Develop and maintain custom analytics reports for internal and external needs
  • Troubleshoot data anomalies and discrepancies
  • Manage service access requests
  • Document troubleshooting procedures

Requirements

  • +3 years of experience in a technical client-facing role
  • Advanced English skills (oral and written)
  • Experience in SQL query use and development

Nice to have

  • Experience with HTML5 (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
  • Experience with web development and network traffic troubleshooting tools (Charles, Fiddler, Chrome Developer Tools)
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Experience with REST APIs
