What you will do
- Provide 1st level support to clients via tickets and phone calls.
- Analyze, log, and track issues to ensure SLA compliance.
- Monitor client environments and alerting mechanisms.
- Collaborate with Service Delivery and Software Development teams.
- Activate escalation processes when critical issues occur.
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and anti-bribery policies.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of T-SQL.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience in client-facing roles with professional phone manner.
- Ability to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.
- High level of ownership and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft ETL tools and IIS.
- Familiarity with digital banking products like cards, e-wallets, or mobile banking.
