What you will do

• Assist in planning and implementing media buys across multiple platforms, monitoring bookings and ensuring campaign delivery.
• Manage campaign budgets, billing, and invoice reconciliation while flagging discrepancies.
• Build relationships with media owners and collaborate with internal teams for integrated solutions.
• Adhere to compliance frameworks, maintain records of buys and negotiations, and support process automation.
• Stay updated on media market trends and contribute to client presentations.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Media, Advertising, or related field.
• 0–2 years’ experience in media buying, planning, or advertising (internship experience considered).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills; ability to multitask under pressure.
