What you will do

• Handle inbound calls and lead 15-minute discovery sessions to convert influencers into affiliate partners.
• Communicate the value proposition of the affiliate program and effectively close deals.
• Manage relationships with onboarded influencers to ensure long-term engagement and success.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify underperformance, and proactively resolve issues.
• Ensure influencers adhere to brand expectations and deliverable requirements.
• Coordinate the onboarding process and act as the primary point of contact for all partners.

Requirements

• Fluent English with little to no noticeable accent (ESSENTIAL)
• Strong sales ability and confidence in closing deals during calls.
• Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles.
• Ability to handle objections in real-time and think quickly.
• High level of organization to manage multiple influencer relationships simultaneously.
• Must be based in South Africa or a similar region with strong English fluency.

• Experience with influencer marketing or affiliate programs.
