Sales Team Manager (Aviation): Driving Allotment and Charter sales revenue, proposing and implementing the Sales Development Strategy across key markets, and leading the Sales team with an accent on building relationships with Tour Operators and corporate partners. Focus on identifying new opportunities, streamlining processes, and driving digitalization and automation within the Sales area to increase team efficiency.

What you will do

  • Propose Sales Development Strategy and action plans to achieve Sales KPIs, recommend new business opportunities.
  • Lead digital and automation developments for B2B processes with Tour Operators and the Agency Portal.
  • Oversee Sales Development Strategy implementation across responsible markets, assess route interest, conduct market visits.
  • Participate in travel fairs and events, promote hirify.global to trade partners, manage seat allotments and charters.
  • Act as point of contact for partners, develop travel agent/tour operator database.
  • Allocate market responsibilities to the Sales team, cooperate with Commercial and Digital teams.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of working experience, with 3+ years in commercial/business-focused roles
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Experience managing complex projects and aligning large organizations
  • Commercially minded, strong sales attitude, data-driven decision making
  • Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills; ability to lead a team of 3-5 people
  • Willingness to travel across Europe and beyond

Nice to have

  • Sales experience in the travel industry (Tour Operators, Travel Agencies, Airlines)
  • Polish, Romanian, Hungarian, Italian languages
