Director/Sr Director (Product & Delivery Lead, AI, Insurance)

Salary: $189k-$260k with 55% bonus potential.

What you will do

• Own product vision, success metrics, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery for high-visibility insurance and AI initiatives.
• Prioritize features, manage scope trade-offs, and drive integrated delivery plans across multiple workstreams.
• Lead cross-functional teams, remove blockers, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Bridge business and technology by translating needs into epics, user stories, and requirements.
• Provide oversight for AI capabilities, ensuring responsible practices, usability, and alignment to business value.

Requirements

• 10+ years in P&C / Specialty Insurance
• Proven experience in product management, program/project management, and delivery leadership.
• Success leading complex cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on with Agile/hybrid delivery models and AI-enabled products oversight.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive stakeholder management.
• US Work Authorization required
