Sr. Product Manager, Technical (AI): Lead the roadmap for AI platforms enabling business users across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to leverage AI in daily workflows with an accent on agent creation, workflow automation, self-service enablement, and enterprise governance. Focus on building scalable, secure production-grade tools, transitioning ad-hoc experiments to repeatable capabilities, and ensuring compliance with data security standards.

Location: Onsite 5 days a week in Seattle, Washington, United States. Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Salary: $150,000-$200,000 annual base + 10% target bonus

• Deeply understand business user needs across functions and translate them into practical AI capabilities.
• Champion intuitive AI tools with strong documentation and wide adoption.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and productionize high-value AI use cases.
• Build golden path solutions for safe, easy AI access for non-technical users.
• Own AI Enablement roadmap including tool access, agent creation, and workflow orchestration.
• Partner with Security and Legal for compliance, governance, and risk management.
• Establish standards for responsible AI use and ensure platform reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience in financial services or related domains.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with executive stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data governance, quality, and accessibility.
• Strategic mindset aligning products with business objectives.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or OpenAI/ChatGPT.
• Experience building AI-powered workflows for business functions.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous spaces and prioritize initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel).
• Familiarity with enterprise data security and AI compliance.
• Track record scaling internal AI tools across teams.
