TL;DR

Partner Compensation Analyst (HCM): Support the annual Partner compensation cycle including reporting, analytics, and communications with an accent on trend analysis, competitive intelligence, and budget management. Focus on liaising with senior leadership, designing compensation programs, and preparing materials for the Compensation Committee.

What you will do

  • Support the annual Partner compensation cycle including reporting, analytics, and communications.
  • Analyze promotion, attrition, and compensation trends to provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Liaise with senior and divisional leadership on Partnership topics like demographics, talent pipeline, and headcount targets.
  • Lead competitive intelligence analyses on compensation, wealth creation, benefits, and incentives for Partners.
  • Collaborate with Finance and divisions to manage compensation budgets.
  • Assist in designing and implementing Partner compensation and benefit programs, including financial modeling and communications.
  • Prepare materials for Compensation Committee meetings and respond to ad hoc inquiries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or related analytical field preferred.
  • Up to 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong Excel skills including xlookups, complex formulas, and pivot tables.
  • Comfortable analyzing large datasets and presenting compelling stories, strong PowerPoint skills preferred.
  • High attention to detail, ability to handle ambiguity, multiple time-sensitive projects, and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, relationship-building across HCM groups.
