TL;DR

Snr. Manager, Demand Generation (Cybersecurity): Acquiring traffic, MQLs, and driving pipeline growth through multi-channel audience engagement including email marketing, webinars, content syndication, and digital channels. Focus on managing strategy, execution, optimization, vendor relationships, and collaboration with regional teams for global and localized programs.

Location: Remote positions open in the US office only.

Salary: $130,000 - $140,000

What you will do

  • Manage and optimize demand generation channels to achieve pipeline growth and opportunity creation goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage marketing agencies, vendors, and platforms to scale reach and lead quality.
  • Measure program effectiveness using reports, dashboards, and CRM data to improve ROI for global and regional initiatives.
  • Test new marketing programs like paid search, social, and display to diversify lead sources.
  • Collaborate with Web and Campaigns teams for seamless user journeys and consistent branding.
  • Review and approve promotional content including webinar abstracts, landing pages, emails, and ad copy.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and provide team management recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with B2B marketing in the technology industry; cybersecurity experience preferred.
  • Proven experience managing people in Email or Webinar/Event functions.
  • Significant experience managing multi-channel digital functions and vendors.
  • Experience handling marketing budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
  • Expert in end-to-end marketing for digital functions.
  • Strong analytical skills to extract insights and improve performance.
  • Significant experience negotiating with digital vendors and platforms.
