TL;DR

Territory Account Executive (Washington DC): Driving US expansion by generating and closing new Enterprise deals for headless CMS with an accent on go-to-market strategy, complex B2B sales cycles, and C-level executive engagement. Focus on prospecting opportunities, negotiating commercial offers, and navigating legal/procurement processes.

Location: Remote in Americas, assigned territory Washington DC; travel to customer locations required

What you will do

  • Generate new Enterprise clients and contribute to US expansion in assigned territory
  • Build and implement go-to-market strategy with BDR and Partner teams to maximize revenue
  • Lead customers through sales journey, product demonstrations, and account-specific initiatives
  • Prospect new opportunities (minimum 20% self-generated pipeline), negotiate offers, and handle complex sales cycles
  • Maintain client relationships and support upselling in existing accounts
  • Evangelize hirify.global vision at events (travel required)

Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • BA/BS or equivalent; minimum 3+ years B2B SaaS sales experience with proven quota attainment
  • Track record selling to Mid-Market/Enterprise, engaging VP/C-level executives
  • Expertise in complex sales cycles, renewals, prospecting, negotiation, and territory planning
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Clari; experience with CMS/DXP sales preferred
  • Ability to travel; entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative mindset
