What you will do

• Manage employee lifecycle processes (pre-boarding to off-boarding) for Europe region, including contracts and documentation.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and coordinate with Payroll on hires, changes, and leaves.
• Administer benefits, leaves, and serve as point of contact for HR policies and processes.
• Ensure compliance with European labor laws and GDPR; produce HR reports.
• Drive process improvements through standardization, automation, and AI solutions.
• Lead regional People projects like HRIS enhancements and policy rollouts.

Requirements

• 5+ years in HR/People Operations/HR Administration, ideally multi-country or European context
• Bachelor’s in HR/Business or equivalent experience
• Hands-on with HRIS (ADP/Workday preferred); Google Workspace/MS Office
• Understanding of European HR practices, labor law, GDPR
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, communication, problem-solving
• Fluency in English required; second European language (German/French/Spanish) a plus
