VP Alliances & Channels (EMEA) (SaaS): Developing and growing partner ecosystems across EMEA, implementing go-to-market strategies, managing key partner relationships, and driving revenue growth through the partner network with an accent on channel partners, system integrators, and technology alliances. Focus on owning partner-sourced revenue targets, leading account mapping and co-sell opportunities, and building alliance sales capacity.

Location: Munich / Berlin / Cologne / Hamburg / Zurich / London (EMEA)

What you will do

  • Build and expand networks of channel partners, system integrators, and technology alliances across EMEA
  • Own and deliver partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets
  • Develop strategic partners to create opportunities and achieve revenue goals
  • Manage go-to-market plans with current and potential partners
  • Collaborate with Sales on account mapping and co-sell opportunities
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to promote partner integrations
  • Work with Sales Enablement to build alliance sales capacity
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events and partner summits

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Enterprise SaaS Sales and Alliances experience with track record of building partner-led revenue
  • 5+ years managing a team of Alliance Sales & GTM managers regionally
  • Experience with Global Systems Integrators, ISVs, and Regional Partners
  • Strong commercial acumen owning partner revenue targets
  • Deep understanding of EMEA partner landscape and cultural nuances including MEE
  • Knowledge of partner ecosystems, Partner Programs, and joint value propositions
  • Significant focus on revenue generation through partnerships
