Location: Málaga, Spain (hybrid with 2 office days per week)

What you will do

• Support Sales Representatives in signing vacation rental owners from qualification to closing, ensuring hirify.global fits their needs.
• Assist Account Managers with new hosts’ onboarding and post-booking questions.
• Focus on special campaigns to boost customer performance.
• Grow to manage all accounts outside focus regions.

Requirements

• Recently finished degree in Tourism, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Eagerness to learn, independent work attitude, and excellent time management.
• Positive mindset, empathy, and openness to challenges.
• Near-native Spanish and fluent English (written and spoken).
• No previous experience required; recent graduates welcome.
