What you will do

• Set quality bar by creating principles, response strategies, examples, content standards, and specifications for Gemini models covering factual accuracy, privacy, safety, personality, tone, and style.
• Drive continuous model improvement by diagnosing quality gaps and developing scalable frameworks, guidelines, technical instructions, and cross-functional alignment.
• Partner with engineers, product managers, researchers, data scientists to shape LLM model behavior supporting growth strategies.
• Understand users, advocate for user-centered model output meeting diverse behaviors, preferences, pain points across geographies and platforms.
• Deeply understand model training methods, stay current on generative AI advancements, collaborate with design teams on feature roadmaps.

Requirements

• Systems thinker with strong content strategy, conversation design, problem-solving, passion for writing craft.
• Experience developing guidelines, exemplary content, evaluations, rubrics for LLMs; writing/editing in fast-paced agile environment.
• Leverage complex cross-functional partnerships with product, engineering, research, data science to guide strategy.
• Demonstrated strategic impact and leadership shaping content for initiatives in hardware, software, digital agencies, creative industries, or journalism.
• Mastery of writing craft with portfolio of intuitive, systems-aware content solutions; recognized expert sharing knowledge.
• Adaptability thriving in complexity with growth mindset; fluency in AI product design, training/tuning LLMs or generative AI, working with data for insights.
