What you will do

• Identify user needs and define end-to-end journeys for AI experiences in collaboration with designers, PMs, data scientists, prompt engineers, and engineers.
• Write prompts and eval outputs to improve AI response quality and align with tone of voice standards.
• Craft clear, user-centered content leveraging research and data for rationale.
• Define and evolve tone of voice, personality, narrative, standards, and frameworks for Copilot.
• Lead content audits for consistency and prioritize high-impact work.
• Advocate for inclusive and accessible language across all touchpoints.

Requirements

• Local to San Francisco area required, in office 4 days a week.
• Master’s in relevant field + 2+ years in product/service design OR Bachelor’s + 3+ years in design, copywriting, technical writing, or equivalent.
• Portfolio demonstrating content design for consumer products.
• High craft in content design, user-centered design understanding.
• Ability to own work in fast-paced environment, manage priorities, collaborate inclusively.

Nice to have

• 6+ years owning content design from vision to launch.
• Experience with prompt engineering and evals.
• Knowledge of accessibility and localization best practices.
