Location: Remote from LATAM, dedicated to supporting US-based customer with time-zone alignment to US business hours (EST/CST overlap).

What you will do
- Lead configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent Management, Recruiting).
- Develop and manage custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using Workday Advanced Reporting and Prism Analytics.
- Design integrations, EIBs, calculated fields, business processes, and security configurations.
- Partner with US customer’s HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with US federal/state laws and data privacy regulations.
- Lead HRIS projects, provide technical support, training, monitor performance, and mentor junior analysts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–7 years HRIS experience, minimum 3 years hands-on Workday configuration and support, plus Workday Adaptive Planning experience.
- Fluency in English required for direct US customer interaction; Spanish preferred.
- Solid understanding of US HR practices, multi-state payroll, labor legislation, and compliance.
- Proven expertise in Workday business processes, reporting, integrations, calculated fields, and security.
- Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, remote, multi-time-zone environment.
Nice to have
- Workday certification (HCM Core, Reporting, or relevant).
- Prior experience supporting US customers from LATAM.
- Familiarity with additional HR systems or integration platforms (API, Studio).
- Experience leading HRIS projects or mentoring.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies or change management.
