What you will do

• Configure and enhance Core HCM, business processes, and modules like Recruiting, Absence, Compensation, Talent.
• Design and build dashboards, scorecards, reports, and calculated fields.
• Build and maintain integrations using Core Connectors, EIBs, and APIs.
• Manage security configurations, roles, and compliance reporting.
• Review Workday releases, perform testing, and promote changes across tenants.
• Engage stakeholders, deliver UAT, and provide technical training.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on Workday experience, ideally Workday Pro Certification
• Strong Workday HCM configuration, including Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence.
• Experience building reports and integrations (Core Connectors, EIBs, RaaS).
• Solid understanding of Workday architecture.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Workday Web Services, XML/JSON, data mapping.
• Experience in global/multi-country environments.
