What you will do

• Lead end-to-end development and delivery of social-focused always-on activity aligned with OKRs to drive consideration.
• Plan compelling category communications supporting customer growth and brand strength.
• Build relationships across internal teams and external agencies as a reliable point of contact.
• Manage and develop two direct reports, supporting their growth and performance.
• Create quarterly media briefs, review plans and recommend approaches for senior sign-off.
• Work with creative partners to maintain consistent, platform-appropriate creative output.

Requirements

• Experience leading marketing activity in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Confident leadership to operate independently and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong organisation, prioritisation and management of multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to bring ideas to life.
• Ability to provide strategic direction and constructive critique aligned to briefs.
• Understanding of retail fundamentals applied to digital channels, especially social campaigns and media roles.
