Salary: $109,500 - $145,700 USD

What you will do

• Counsel facility managers on employee relations issues, apply policies equitably, and conduct investigations.
• Manage recruitment for assigned facilities, assess workforce needs, develop strategies, and partner with local sources to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Support managers in compensation, compliance, talent development, succession planning, performance management, and retention.
• Deliver corporate HR initiatives, assist in policy development and communication.
• Create positive employee relations environment, balance business and employee needs, role model safety leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (Business or HR major)
• 5+ years relevant HR experience, preferably in industrial/manufacturing
• Must be able to travel 25%
• Self-starter able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills, proficient in MS Office
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, knowledge of employment/labor law

Nice to have

• SPHR/PHR certification
• Experience with Workday
• Knowledge of Lean Principles
