Salary: $110,000 to $136,000

What you will do

• Set direction and vision for all HR functions at the Boulder site.
• Lead HR planning including recruitment, retention, compensation strategies, and employee communication.
• Participate in Site Leadership team and develop performance KPIs for management, turnover, and hiring.
• Coach and mentor site leadership and HR team on feedback, training, team building, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Analyze training needs, implement programs to meet ISO requirements, and ensure organizational compliance.
• Act as impartial advocate for fair treatment balanced with business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years general HR management experience.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• U.S. person status required per ITAR regulations.
