What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, and compensation.
• Act as trusted advisor on complex people matters and lead performance management and engagement initiatives.
• Coach leaders to improve effectiveness, team performance, and employee development.
• Identify talent gaps and implement scalable solutions while managing employee relations and legal risks.

Requirements

• 7–9 years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partnering.
• Experience advising managers on people strategy, organizational decisions, employee relations, and employment law.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, coaching, and influencing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with high integrity and discretion.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
