TL;DR

HR Business Partner (Automotive): Providing strategic and operational HR guidance for the Trento plant with an accent on labor law, performance management, and Workers Council relations. Focus on analyzing HR KPIs, implementing global transformation programs, and optimizing workforce performance.

Location: Trento, Italy. Hybrid work possible (Lavoro da Remoto). Relocation support available.

Salary: €50,000–€55,000 plus bonus

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for managers at the Trento plant, providing strategic and operational guidance.
  • Collaborate with regional and global CoE teams to execute HR processes, systems, and initiatives.
  • Maintain constructive and compliant relationships with the Workers Council and support negotiations.
  • Analyze HR KPIs and workforce data to identify trends and recommend performance improvements.
  • Contribute to global and local HR transformation programs, such as HR Next.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in HR (HR Specialist / HRBP), ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and proven experience cooperating with Workers Council bodies.
  • Experience working with regional and global CoE teams (Talent, Performance, Total Rewards, HRIT, Culture).
  • Fluency in English for effective collaboration in an international HR setup.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to support transformation initiatives independently.
