What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Geofencing Analysts, ensuring quality, SLA adherence, and performance metrics.
• Oversee workload allocation, act as escalation point for complex cases, and drive process improvements.
• Support development and maintenance of geofencing controls, monitor AML risks, and stay updated on regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks from high-risk customers and jurisdictions.
• Provide guidance, identify training needs, and contribute to policies, workflows, and audits.

Requirements

• Fluent in English required.
• Minimum 5 years in compliance or financial crime, with sanctions experience preferred; 1-2 years team leadership.
• Strong understanding of AML, sanctions, and compliance technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree; ACAMS/CAMS/CCAS/ICA certification highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Adaptable in fast-paced environment, proactive with critical mindset.
