TL;DR

Territory Account Manager (UK): Leading new account development and expanding existing accounts through business-to-business sales of security software licensing, appliances, and services with an accent on territory planning and revenue growth. Focus on developing opportunity plans, managing complex sales processes, and exceeding sales quotas using CRM systems.

What you will do

  • Lead new account development and expand existing accounts via sales of hirify.global software, appliances, and services
  • Develop and implement territory and opportunity plans with Regional Director to meet quota objectives
  • Engage sales resources including SE, Channel, Solutions Sales teams, and Executives on customer account plans
  • Manage forecasted opportunities using CRM system from development to closure
  • Drive revenue through complex go-to-market strategies and execute sales processes
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas

Requirements

  • Extensive proven IT software sales experience selling security software and/or network technologies
  • Relationship management and new business sales experience
  • Experience managing, growing, and owning accounts
  • Proven track record of consistent quota achievement
  • Experience presenting to C-level/executive contacts
  • Working with Channel partners and direct business development
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as TAS and SPIN
  • Excellent presentation, communication, analytical, and forecasting skills
