What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, focusing on user retention and engagement
• Define and prioritize features aligned with strategic objectives and measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and community stakeholders for high-quality mobile experiences
• Identify opportunities, contribute to roadmap planning, and drive experimentation with data and feedback
• Use quantitative and qualitative insights to assess performance and inform decisions
• Maintain documentation and guide teams in agile processes

Requirements

• Portugal-based remote work
• 5+ years in product management for user-facing digital products
• 3+ years managing mobile apps on Android and/or iOS
• Track record launching and optimizing features in large-scale consumer apps
• Experience in cross-functional agile teams and data-driven decisions (A/B testing, analytics)
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
