What you will do

• Collaborate with GDC operations to identify and assign project resources to client engagements.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and manage own projects as required.
• Oversee small concurrent client projects, identify risks, handle escalations and issue resolution.
• Coordinate resource planning and project activities to achieve business goals.
• Mentor staff in Agile methodologies, manage work assignments, training, and performance appraisals.
• Ensure skill improvement during bench time and monitor program scope alignment with objectives.
• Conduct interviews for prospective GDC candidates.

Requirements

• 5+ years demonstrated client relationship skills and managing expectations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, effective up to executive levels.
• Experience aligning diverse teams across locations for project delivery.
• Deep knowledge in stakeholder management, people management, and software project delivery.
• Ability to manage up to 20 people, lay out work plans, and resolve trade-offs.
• Demonstrated experience in Agile best practices and delivery methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience working with sales and solutioning stakeholders on staffing and timelines.
