What you will do

• Lead 1-on-1 mentorship, coaching, and career development planning for team members.
• Provide performance feedback, advocate for promotions, and foster inclusive team culture.
• Offer technical guidance, problem-solving, and hands-on support in complex projects.
• Negotiate and monitor SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs; handle global escalations.
• Plan and coordinate service transitions, change management, and operational readiness.
• Manage team operations including timesheets, skill profiles, and organizational communications.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of customer business and IT service delivery.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder interaction skills.
• Hands-on experience in contract and supplier management.
• Technical knowledge to translate requirements between business and IT.
• Problem-solving in complex situations and innovative service improvements.
