What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of managed services and enhancements across webMethods and Azure/AWS environments.
• Monitor and report on SLAs, KPIs, and service health; drive actions for risks and improvements.
• Lead service reviews, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting.
• Manage project delivery, change lifecycle, release planning, and production enhancements.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, onshore/offshore models, and vendor coordination.
• Govern incident, problem, change management, security, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Service Delivery / Managed Services leadership in enterprise environments
• Proven experience with integration platforms; webMethods strongly preferred
• Operational knowledge of Azure and/or AWS
• Experience in 24x7 production environments with on-call support
• Strong ITSM/ITIL practices and stakeholder management
• Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business, or Project Management (or equivalent)

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated environments (gaming, finance, utilities, government)
• API-first or event-driven architectures
• ITIL or Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2)
