What you will do

• Define strategic direction for software delivery, aligning with business objectives and fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee portfolio of software and AI engagements, ensuring delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality.
• Develop portfolio plans, dashboards, budgets; identify and mitigate risks.
• Lead, mentor Delivery Managers and teams; act as executive point of contact.
• Optimize processes with agile/lean practices; own financial performance and KPIs.
• Drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and cross-portfolio initiatives.

Requirements

• Well-written and spoken English daily.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related.
• 10+ years in software development project/portfolio management.
• Proven track record delivering large, complex software projects/portfolios on time and budget.
• Experience delivering AI or AI-enabled projects, understanding AI lifecycles and scaling challenges.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent).
• PMP or equivalent certification.
