Ukrainian hybrid IT company and subsidiary of Kyivstar telecom operator, creating mobile/web solutions and high-performance systems.

What you will do

• Lead distributed development teams and manage software projects for enterprise IT systems
• Oversee development, testing, and deployment to commercial operation
• Manage product lifecycle, roadmap, and strategy proposals
• Analyze customer needs and align with technical capabilities and resources
• Interact with suppliers/contractors, including negotiations and work coordination
• Support sales in customizing products for external customers

Requirements

• Technical background in software development, SDLC, CI/CD, and QA processes
• 6+ years in IT projects as system project manager or development team lead
• 3+ years of management experience in processes, projects, or teams
• Experience with contractor negotiations, budget/resource planning, product lifecycle management
• Stakeholder communication, decision-making, conflict/risk management
• Full requirements lifecycle management, RFP/RFI, system integration, technical specifications
