TL;DR

Account Director (Enterprise SaaS): Lead high-value sales cycles with world's largest organizations, building long-term executive relationships and driving transformational outcomes through testing and automation solutions with an accent on strategic account expansion and complex deal closure. Focus on accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and influencing C-suite adoption of platform capabilities.

Location: Vienna, AT or Prague, CZ (onsite, full-time)

What you will do

  • Own and expand strategic enterprise accounts, identifying opportunities, building executive relationships, and closing multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline management for revenue goals.
  • Align hirify.global platform to enterprise business and technical objectives.
  • Partner with Pre-Sales, Customer Growth, and Marketing to drive account strategy.
  • Engage C-level and senior IT decision-makers to influence transformation.
  • Mentor peers and provide market insights for go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in software sales, 5+ years enterprise SaaS.
  • Expertise in solution-selling to IT personas at large enterprises.
  • Proven quota exceedance in long, complex sales cycles.
  • Experience in forecasting, pipeline discipline, and sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC).
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • CRM and sales tools experience (Salesforce, Clari, Outreach).
