What you will do

• Participate in strategic planning sessions on quarterly and annual basis.
• Communicate corporate strategy and direct sales activities including pipeline generation, forecasting, and customer relationships.
• Establish goals, metrics, and quotas aligned with corporate objectives.
• Identify sales opportunities at management level and enable required resources.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Regional Sales Managers to meet goals.
• Keep senior leadership informed of key issues impacting business results.

Requirements

• Proven experience, knowledge, and network in the Alpine market, notably tech industry
• Experience as first-line sales leader in people management role
• Passionate relationship building and executive negotiating skills
• Collaborative work with Channel, Marketing, Sales Ops, Engineering, Services, and Product teams
• Track record exceeding sales quotas as Regional Sales Director in Alpine region
• Written and spoken fluency in German and English

Nice to have

• Written and spoken fluency in French
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies
