What you will do

• Define KPI frameworks and digital analytics roadmaps aligned to business and product objectives
• Advise on analytics platform selection and implementation (Adobe Analytics, GA4, etc.)
• Guide experimentation, personalisation, and optimisation strategies for growth
• Partner with product, marketing, and data leaders to embed analytics in decision-making
• Lead client workshops, strategic engagements, and build C-level relationships
• Contribute to pre-sales, proposals, and thought leadership in analytics

Requirements

• UK-based for this full-time position
• Strong experience with digital analytics platforms: Adobe Analytics/CJA, GA4, Contentsquare, Fullstory, Quantum Metric, Qualtrics, DataDog, Similarweb
• BI tools: Power BI, Looker, Tableau
• Experience with experimentation tools (Adobe Target, Optimizely) and conversion optimisation
• Proven skills in defining KPI frameworks, analytics strategies, and stakeholder engagement
• Consulting experience with senior leaders (CPO, CMO, CDO, CIO)

Nice to have

• Familiarity with modern analytics architectures (server-side tracking, privacy, BI integration)
