What you will do

• Implement multi-channel attribution mapping from social impressions to on-chain actions (DEX deposits and trades).
• Analyze KOL and creator ROI to identify high-value user onboarding and retention versus vanity metrics.
• Build real-time "War Rooms" and performance dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Develop Agentic AI tools for sentiment analysis and data collection across multiple channels and protocols.
• Track builder funnels from SDK/API documentation views to live venue deployment.
• Own KPIs for Monthly Active Wallets (MAW), Total Value Locked (TVL), and Cumulative Daily Active Volume (CDAV).

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, specifically within DeFi or L1/L2 ecosystems.
• Must be based in GMT or Europe time zones.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying L1 data and Python (Pandas/NumPy) or R for predictive modeling.
• Expertise in GTM (Server-Side) and GA4 to bridge off-chain clicks to on-chain conversions.
• Deep understanding of prediction market mechanics (CLOB vs. AMM) and the Crypto-X KOL landscape.
• Ability to translate complex Agentic AI settlement logs into digestible growth reports.
