What you will do

• Manage and deliver end-to-end customer analytics programs aligned to objectives.
• Design, build, and maintain advanced analytics workflows including automated AI/ML models, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Integrate risk and control principles into analytics and reporting, identifying key risk indicators.
• Lead problem-solving to improve analytics quality, efficiency, and scalability through automation.
• Manage multiple projects, ensure quality delivery, and present insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor junior analysts, foster collaboration, and embed best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years in financial services risk/compliance or analytics role
• Experience with customer engagement, data analytics, AI tools including LLMs, Python, and PowerBI
• Risk and control expertise in analytics and reporting
• Strong problem-solving, project management, communication, and leadership skills
