What you will do

  • Lead and grow a high-performing Product Analytics team focused on behavioral analysis, experimentation, and product data science.
  • Define and evolve a global product measurement strategy aligning key metrics with business growth and customer retention.
  • Build and maintain a unified behavioral analytics framework mapping the full customer journey from website interaction to product renewal.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to inform roadmaps and connect acquisition with in-product behavior.
  • Own and scale the experimentation framework with rigorous A/B testing and a culture of learning and iteration.
  • Turn complex data into insights, dashboards, and narratives for stakeholders, while expanding self-service analytics tools.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in analytics, including 5+ years leading Product Analytics or Product Data Science in SaaS/digital-first company.
  • Experience building, managing, and scaling analytics teams (ideally 10+ people) in high-growth global environments.
  • Strong understanding of user behavior analysis, retention, and product-led growth principles.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency, data visualization (e.g., Tableau), behavioral analytics and experimentation platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Optimizely).
  • Experience designing/analyzing A/B and multivariate tests with statistical rigor.
  • Ability to translate data into insights influencing VPs and executives; experience with ML/predictive modeling (e.g., churn prediction).
  • Strong grasp of SaaS metrics (e.g., LTV/CAC) and product engagement impact.
