What you will do

• Own analytical evaluation of CRM activity, defining impact measurement, success metrics, and conclusion confidence.
• Diagnose changes in customer and CRM performance, form hypotheses, and identify root causes under time pressure.
• Design and conduct experiments like holdouts and A/B tests, understanding causality, limitations, and risks.
• Articulate data-supported decisions clearly to CRM, marketing, and analytics stakeholders.
• Improve customer measurement and understanding over time beyond basic reporting.
• Work with tools like Google Sheets, BigQuery (SQL), Tableau, and Python to harness data across touchpoints and campaigns.

Requirements

• Analytical judgement on business problems, choosing methods and understanding trade-offs.
• Experience evaluating CRM or customer activity with causality challenges.
• Structuring ambiguous problems into clear analytical questions.
• Explaining reasoning to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on data work to support decisions.
• Proficiency in SQL essential; experience with Tableau and data BI tools.
