What you will do

• Deliver actionable insights to drive growth, engagement, and retention
• Build dashboards, reports, and models using BI tools like Tableau and Power BI
• Analyze performance across marketing, product, content, and commercial areas
• Partner with stakeholders in marketing, product, strategy, and finance to meet data needs
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in large datasets
• Present insights to senior leadership and collaborate with Data Science teams
• Contribute to evolving business intelligence capabilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial insight, strategy, or BI role
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and data storytelling skills
• Commercially minded with ability to translate data into action
• Experience in cross-functional teams in fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
• Passion for sport and consumer behaviour
