Location: Coventry, GB (onsite with on-site support at customer facilities)

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000

What you will do

• Plan and execute testing campaigns on developmental rigs, from requirement definition to data analysis and reporting
• Define testing requirements with subject matter experts and supervise facility setups including BoM creation
• Provide on-site support at customer or other facilities to ensure successful delivery
• Process data timely for engineering decisions and issue daily project status updates to stakeholders
• Log and assign issues formally, offer technical direction, and support presentations and knowledge exchange

Requirements

• Minimum 2:1 Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Automotive or relevant engineering
• Experience in powertrain development or testing
• Knowledge of Electric Drive Unit and battery systems
• Excellent analytical skills to summarise data and make technical recommendations
• Self-starter able to work with high-level instructions and communicate effectively
• Flexible to adapt to other areas like battery, charging, or inverter

Nice to have

• Agile/Scrum process experience
• MATLAB and/or Python scripting
