Location: Home based in GB with regular travel across London sites and nationwide

EON Heat Networks is a rapidly growing business generating electricity and heat via district heating networks from energy centres.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement procedures for adopting new sites from developers or internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Contracts on due-diligence visits, risk logs, and alignment with standards.
  • Review design, installation, and commissioning specs, providing recommendations for safe operations.
  • Influence internal and external stakeholders to implement recommendations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure standards during build and commissioning.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, implement management systems, and verify monitoring/control systems prior to adoption.

Requirements

  • Engineering qualification (Degree/HNC or equivalent) or extensive mechanical experience.
  • Experience in design, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of assets like CHP units, boilers, heat pumps, and distribution systems.
  • Knowledge of water quality standards (BSRIA) and key legislation (CDM, HASWA, DSEAR, etc.).
  • Experience with CMMS like SAP.
  • IT proficient in Word, Excel, Project; excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Chartered Member of relevant institution or working towards it.
