What you will do
- Develop and implement procedures for adopting new sites from developers or internal teams.
- Collaborate with Sales and Contracts on due-diligence visits, risk logs, and alignment with standards.
- Review design, installation, and commissioning specs, providing recommendations for safe operations.
- Influence internal and external stakeholders to implement recommendations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure standards during build and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, implement management systems, and verify monitoring/control systems prior to adoption.
Requirements
- Engineering qualification (Degree/HNC or equivalent) or extensive mechanical experience.
- Experience in design, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of assets like CHP units, boilers, heat pumps, and distribution systems.
- Knowledge of water quality standards (BSRIA) and key legislation (CDM, HASWA, DSEAR, etc.).
- Experience with CMMS like SAP.
- IT proficient in Word, Excel, Project; excellent communication and project management skills.
