What you will do
- Understand product Customer Requirement Specifications and influence stakeholders across R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
- Design products using Cadence or Klayout.
- Carry out data analysis during wafer test, assembly, and qualification stages.
- Deliver clear technical summaries and communicate information to team members, stakeholders, and external customers.
Requirements
- Degree in Electronics Engineering, Semiconductor Physics, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
- Background in power semiconductor devices (Power MOSFETs) with understanding of device physics, process interactions, and failure mechanisms.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical information to stakeholders, senior management, and cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Project management experience with multitasking across development streams.
- Experience using design tools like Cadence or Klayout.
- Experience with statistical analysis tools such as Minitab, Statistica, or SPSS.
- Hands-on experience with root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone diagrams, containment strategies).
