What you will do

• Develop and demonstrate operational processes to meet manufacturing specifications.
• Contribute to project teams developing new products for global customers.
• Assess results using analytical laboratory and software tools like Minitab and Excel.
• Problem-solve, troubleshoot, and investigate faults in manufacturing processes.
• Provide regular updates to teams via written reports or presentations.
• Build effective relationships with customers and teams for clear communication.
• Plan and execute work safely and timely, including some shift patterns in cleanroom.

Requirements

• Based in Newport, UK; role starts September 2026 as part of Graduate programme.
• Bachelor’s Degree (2:1 minimum) in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Passion for learning, logical approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, data analysis skills.
• Creative thinking for practical solutions, strong communication for relationships.
• Masters or semiconductor industry studies desirable.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git.
