What you will do

• Analyze use cases and business requirements, translating them into technical solutions for Data/AI initiatives
• Facilitate Data/AI workshops with business stakeholders
• Define functional scope and draft specifications
• Design and validate test plans
• Support business users during UAT and provide post-deployment support for solution stability
• Act as a bridge between business and IT teams with clear documentation

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) in IT, Data, AI, Business Analysis, or related field
• At least 5 years experience as Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar
• Proven experience in business requirements analysis and translating needs into functional/technical solutions
• Strong ability to lead workshops around Data/AI use cases with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong communication skills with business and technical audiences
• Fluent in French and English
