What you will do

• Collaborate with client business departments to translate needs into user stories and functional specifications.
• Analyze complex business processes and requirements to derive target solutions.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather and document requirements.
• Perform gap analysis between current (as-is) and future (target) processes.
• Document system functional behavior and business processes.
• Validate and test delivered solutions to ensure they meet quality standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
• German language proficiency (Level C).
• Experience working in agile teams as an interface between customers and developers.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and stakeholder management skills.
