What you will do

• Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to document business requirements and fraud scenarios.
• Translate regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., BSA/AML, PSD2 SCA) into system specifications.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects to define cohesive solution designs aligned with product capabilities.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare and deliver training sessions, user guides, and process documentation for client teams.
• Lead post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and share best practices.

Requirements

• MSc in Finance, Information Systems, Risk Management, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in fraud risk, business analysis, or operations within financial services or fintech.
• Strong understanding of fraud detection methodologies, risk analysis, and alert management platforms.
• Proficiency with SQL and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience in client-facing roles, facilitating workshops, and delivering presentations.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time.
