Salary: £55,434 - £58,419 / year

What you will do

  • Manage high-value Multi Track caseloads for occupational illnesses including NIHL, HAVS, asthma, WRULD, and stress-related conditions from initial instruction through to trial.
  • Develop case strategies, investigate complex evidence, and handle litigation confidently.
  • Supervise and support colleagues by providing technical guidance and helping shape case strategies.
  • Contribute to maintaining best practices across the team through mentorship and collaboration.
  • Deliver technically excellent and compassionate client service in life-changing circumstances.

Requirements

  • Qualified lawyer with solid track record in industrial disease claims (NIHL, HAVS, asthma, WRULD, stress or similar).
  • Strong experience in Multi Track litigation, including costs, funding, and complex case handling.
  • Ability to supervise, guide, and develop colleagues supportively.
  • Compassionate, client-centred approach for sensitive situations.
