What you will do

Requirements

• 12+ years in product, platform, or systems design and development.
• 6+ years leading multidisciplinary design and engineering teams, including managers.
• Expertise in design-to-code systems connecting design frameworks to engineering.
• Ability to simplify complex systems and build scalable frameworks.
• Success driving alignment across design, product, and engineering.
• Strong leadership, communication, and influence in complex environments.
